Melia Andrulonis

Second Grade

We are pleased to share some of the gifts, talents and accomplishments Miss Andrulonis is bringing to our School.
Miss Andrulonis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Edinboro with multiple certifications in Early Childhood Education P-4, Special Education P-8 and is Nationally Certified in STEM Teaching! She was on the Dean’s List all four years of study. As a CSCAA Scholar All-American team member, her team achieved All-American scholar honors. While attending college, our new teacher studied abroad in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France and Austria. Miss Andrulonis was a four-time recipient of the Scholar-Athlete Award while serving as the Edinboro Women’s Swim Team Captain. She is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success and has served as Vice-President and treasurer working to raise Autism Awareness, build leadership skills in others while helping them achieve their goals and managed the group’s funds and yearly budgets. Her experience as a camp counselor promoted safety, fun and learning with an emphasis on the importance of respect, kindness, and understanding through positive reinforcement. Miss Andrulonis is a lifeguard and instructs swim lessons to children. Her teaching experiences include second and third grade. Miss Andrulonis’ positive attitude, display of faith and solid teaching practices will elevate our school mission!
Join us in welcoming Miss Andrulonis to our SSCD family!
